Isn’t this tart adorable? And the rose petals on top add a girly touch to it plus I don’t have to actually bake it! See why I love tarts so much?

They are so versatile, some can be made in minutes and tada, you have a magnificent dessert. 

No Bake Lemon Cream Mini Tarts

Course: Ordinary Recipes Made Gourmet


  • 2 c. Vanilla yogurt (approximate)

  • 6 small graham cracker pie crusts

  • 1 (11 ounce) jar of prepared lemon curd

  • whipped cream for garnish

  • rose petal (optional)


  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of lemon curd into each crust.
  • Top with approx. 1/4 cup+ of vanilla yogurt so the lemon curd is covered but yogurt isn’t spilling over the edges.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish. Serve or refrigerate.
