My life is so full of creative things. I write, design, make greeting cards, sing and still dabble with knitting. My head has so many ideas running through it all the time that I can barely keep up!

But, I love dabbling in all these types of arts because they all have their unique points and they are all fun, but though they fall under the category ‘arts and crafts’, they are very different too.

I’ve learned to accept the good and the frustrations and I guess that’s what makes each of these crafts exhilarating. This gets me thinking of the many colors people come in. We all have our own ideas, personalities,  gifts/talents, and God loves all our differences just like I love the different arts and crafts I’m involved in.

Some people, like my hubby used to, specialize in one particular career and nothing at all is wrong with that, it helps you perfect and own craft.

I love having these many arts, because they each touch my life in a very unique way. I did narrow it down to the greeting cards mainly and that’s because there’s so many techniques, methods and tips to try.

When I was younger, I remember always wanting friends of many ethnic backgrounds.

I like understanding the different languages, cuisines, fashion, etc…, I think it enriches my life and opens me up to all the ways people communicate and live. And, I believe God wants us to embrace each other in the faith no matter if I like to raise my hands in service and you like to kneel!

We can love each other as sisters and brothers in Christ and enjoy all our uniqueness and giftings!
