Be Still and Know that I am God

Be Still AND Know that I am God

Reading Time: < 1 minute

God is speaking to me. The last week God told hubby and I in prayer to be still (Psalm 46:10). Tonight, I needed some encouragement and decided to read, “I Used to Run and Hide“, I didn’t remember that deep in the text of that post, I added this scripture, the title of this post:

Be Still and Know that I am God. ~ Psalm 46:10

In the midst of my health, my living situation, my finances, my spiritual well-being, God is telling me to stand still and see Him work. He is an amazing God and I’m so humbled. Today, I might be in darkness, tomorrow I can be in the light of deliverance. Things change.

If we stand tall, stand strong and give God whatever faith we have, He will work with it. The situations we’re in may not change right away, but somehow something changes…it may be my heart and mind. It may be someone else involved who changes, it can be little things that change which I call “tiny miracles“. They’re small victories God does to help us stay encouraged.

If it feels like trouble is plastered on your back, it’s against the wall and you feel you have little choices, stay encouraged and be still. Watch The Lord work. He has forgotten you or I. He’s got our back no matter how tough it gets.

It’s even exciting wondering what He’ll do next! Watch and wait!
